Initial consultation
£40 for one caregiver (£50 for two caregivers) – approximately 2 hours
Includes 2 weeks free sling rental from the library (refundable deposit still applies)
Covering the basics of carrying your baby or child, safe positioning, the different types of baby carriers available and your individual circumstances. You will be able to practice carrying with a specially designed weighted demonstration doll, allowing you to build your confidence before carrying your child. Repeatedly going in and out of a sling while the carer is learning can be overstimulating for a baby so using a doll avoids this.

Follow up consultation
£20 for one caregiver (£25 for two caregivers) – approximately 1 hour
Includes half price 2 week sling rental from the library (refundable deposit still applies)
This consultation is for those who I have previously seen, who wish to further their carrying repertoire by learning new carries or trying a different sling. Ideal for those whose babies are growing out of their stretchy wrap or other first carrier and would like to try other available options. Or for those who wish to learn a new carry with a woven wrap.

This is for those who cannot make it to a sling library session, but would like to try on a variety of slings and have expert help with fitting. There will be a demonstration doll available for you to use while practising to avoid overstimulating your baby. Ideal if you are looking to buy a sling but want to ensure you get the right one for your families needs.

Pregnancy package – Two consultations
£40 for up to two caregivers – approximately 2 hours over 2 consultations
Includes one months free stretchy wrap rental (refundable deposit still applies)
The first consultation will be held during pregnancy where we will discuss the reasons to use baby carriers, safe positioning, and the different carriers available. Stretchy wraps are ideal for newborns and this package includes one months free stretchy wrap rental. I will demonstrate how to use a stretchy wrap using a specially designed weighted demonstration doll, and you will be able to practice for yourself (pregnancy bump allowing).
The second consultation will be held after the arrival of your baby and I will help you with any questions you have and check that you are happy and comfortable carrying.

Mini stretchy wrap tutorial
£10 per person – approximately 30 minutes
Includes one months free stretchy wrap rental (refundable deposit still applies)
This will be a quick introduction to safely carrying your baby in a stretchy wrap, designed to run alongside my library’s free stretchy wrap rental offer. Using a specially designed weighted demonstration doll (to avoid overstimulating your baby while you are practising), I will demonstrate and you can practice using a stretchy wrap.
